Q1 | What is normal RMA request procedure? |
| Please read our website manual
Q2 | What does full range mean? |
| This means calibration of your hardware at 30°C, 60°C, 90°C and 95°C
Q3 | Can an end-user redistribute goods immediately? |
| Yes, you can!
Q4 | Can a distributor redistribute goods immediately? |
| No, a distributor needs to provide a purchase order first.
Q5 | Why does a distributor need to confirm an RMA request from an end-user? |
| We need a matching purchase order number on the work order in order to process calibration correctly.
Q6 | Why is there no expiry date on my calibration certificate and calibration label? |
| According to the ISO17025 a calibration laboratory needs to be manufacturer independent. Therefore the laboratory can not recommended or state an expiry date. If an end-user wishes to see an expiry date, it can be agreed upon and included on the calibration work order prior to calibration.
Q7 | Can I re-calibrate my MTAS hardware box and/or ProbeSet/ProbeFixture separately? |
| No. MTAS systems are always calibrated and used in combination with specific probesets and/or probefixtures in order to guarantee the highest accuracy possible. The ProbeFixture connection cable should also be included in the MTAS system!
Q8 | Can I re-calibrate my Driftcon hardware box and/or FlexSet/ProbeFixture separately? |
| Yes. Driftcon systems contain stand-alone instruments (hardware box, ProbeFixture(s), etc) and can therefore be calibrated separately
Q9 | What is a default calibration? |
| In a default calibration we calibrate and adjust at 90°C, so on the calibration certificate you will find 'As found' AND 'As left' data.
Q10 | How can I decontaminate my CYCLERtest instruments? |
| You can follow the decontamination guidelines in the instrument decontamination procedure.
Q11 | The address information is incorrect? |
| You can update your profile information on the driftcon or cyclertest website (either which one you are using) in the profile section after logging in.
Q12 | I want to receive e-mail notifications on a different e-mail address? |
| You can update your e-mail information on the driftcon or cyclertest website (either which one you are using) in the profile section after logging in.
